Green Tuesday

Turning seasons turning wildly
away, morning's majestic calm

unfolds. Out in spring clothes,
I cross eastern fields. A few

clouds linger, sweeping mountains
clean. Gossamer mist blurs open

skies. Feeling the south wind,
young grain ripples like wings.

--From the poem "Turning Seasons" by T'ao Ch'ien found in The Selected Poems of T'ao Ch'ien

More green here...

craft night is Friday night, btw - from around 9 until whenever... I think Liz might come, too - it would be fun to meet you both! (sorry I can't find your e-mail address, heh)
