It's 11:15 pm

...and my sock is fixed! Yes, you wonderful knitty ladies, it was just loose stitches. But one hates to have holes in a sock before one wears it. Now we are lookin' good.

Glad to hear it's all better. The woman who taught me to knit on two circulars said to work the first stitch on the next circular, then really cinch up the yarn and work the second. That should take care of any runs.

So, do the above each time you transition to a different needle, and you should be good!

You'd think I'd know these things, since it works just the same on DPNs. Silly me!

So, do socks really soar on two circulars?? Glad to hear you fixed the problem.

Mine kind of sputter, but what I do like is that there is less chance of them sliding off the needles, which happened all. the. time. with my DPNs.

Yeah, she should have named the book "Socks Sputter on Two Circular Needles". Hysterical.

I love the two circs method. I got so frustrated with the DPNs. Now if I could just get the Kimono shawl started well enough that I felt justified on trying the Jaywalkers on two circs!

Oh well...it's almost sandal weather. Might as well wait now...
